Kurt is the owner and head chef of Kabobviously in Clinton, NY. After graduating from Ithaca College in 2008 with a Bachelors of Music in Jazz guitar, he started Kabobviously out of the back of his car, vending at farmers markets and local festivals. After several years of development and expansion, and many different ‘winter’ cooking jobs with which he could expand his knowledge of cooking and the industry, he opened Kabobviously as a full service restaurant and catering operation in the spring of 2011. When he isn’t working at the restaurant, his hobbies include riding his motorcycle, reading, guitar, and cooking for friends and family.
